We develop high-load, scalable, national-level IT platforms based on open-source software to drive digital transformation of the transportation industry.

The years long industry expertise of the Telematika team in transportation software allows us to create diverse national, departmental, and industry-specific systems using a modern stack of domestically sourced technologies, including database management systems and geographic information systems.

The projects we have implemented include the development and support of industry geographic information systems in the field of operating and developing roads, customs and logistics processes, and state reporting of shipments, vehicles, and other systems.

Road fund control system

In Russia, Telematika implements project to modernize and develop the key state road fund control system, which was created as part of the national project Safe Quality Roads.

This system tracks budget expenditures for road design, construction, revamping, and maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency and improving collaboration of all stakeholders within the road sector.

The unified digital environment houses comprehensive, up-to-date information on 1.6 million kilometers of Russian roads and related infrastructure. This includes all geospatial data: road network diagrams, a complete and current list of road attributes including construction materials, associated contracts and subsidies, lifecycles, and funding requirements for operation, maintenance, and repairs.

System for issuing permits for oversize and overweight freights

Transporting oversize or overweight freights requires special permits, because unauthorized travel can damage road infrastructure and endanger other road users.

Our platform enables electronic permit applications for such transport, with route approvals obtained from road owners through a dedicated portal. Permits are generated automatically if the vehicle's parameters comply with all infrastructure restrictions along the requested route.

System for electronic
queue reservation

The unified system for electronic queue reservation at border crossing points, which was implemented by Telematika for the Russian Ministry of Transport, drastically speeds up the time required for freight carriers to cross the border and increases the output of international vehicle border crossing points. The electronic queuing system solves the problem of lines lasting several hours, and sometimes several days, to cross Russian borders.

This system may be implemented for the border crossing points of any countries.

Electronic freight sealing

Telematika’s electronic navigation seal allows for real-time freight tracking, detects tampering, stores freight information, ensures compliance with transit regulations for sanctioned goods across international borders, and monitors perishable goods to maintain quality control during transport.


The electronic navigation seal is used by operators in Russia and Kyrgyzstan, and carries out the monitoring of transit freight along the route China – Russia – Europe.
